This role contributes to the effectiveness of the information security function by managing operational tasks, supporting access control processes, and assisting in incident response activities. It plays a key role in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and ensuring that security risks are identified and handled efficiently.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage security service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
  • Escalate complex security issues to senior team members when required
  • Assist in preparing reports on recurring incidents, trends, and operational metrics
  • Support continuous improvement of standard operating procedures for security processes
  • Process user access requests and assist in periodic access reviews
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and group policies in line with security standards
  • Provide first-level response to security alerts and incidents following defined procedures
  • Coordinate with SOC and IT support teams to resolve security-related issues
  • Maintain logs, records, and documentation for audit and compliance tracking
  • Assist in data collection for audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews
  • Support awareness initiatives and process improvement tasks within the security team

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management practices
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team
