- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or cold leads.
- Introduce Azizi Developments' real estate projects and explain key features and benefits.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the property sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with sales managers to ensure a smooth client transition.
- Stay up-to-date with project information, pricing, and promotions.
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in UAE real estate or a similar customer-focused industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong phone presence and confidence in cold calling.
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
