- Marketing Leadership: Lead the overall marketing agenda across the portfolio, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities, category growth ambitions, and long term brand building objectives.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen market positioning, improve consumer relevance, and drive sustainable growth across multiple categories.
- Innovation & Portfolio Development: Lead innovation, renovation, and portfolio development plans to ensure the business remains competitive, consumer focused, and commercially agile.
- Consumer Insights: Use market data, shopper insights, and consumer understanding to shape marketing priorities, identify growth opportunities, and improve brand performance.
- Commercial Partnership: Partner closely with sales and commercial teams to ensure strong in market execution, effective promotional activity, and clear alignment between brand strategy and channel priorities.
- Marketing Planning: Oversee annual brand plans, campaign calendars, launch strategies, and marketing budgets, ensuring strong resource allocation and return on investment.
- Performance Management: Monitor brand health, campaign effectiveness, pricing, promotions, and market share trends, taking action to optimise performance and commercial outcomes.
- Cross Functional Leadership: Work closely with finance, supply chain, and senior leadership teams to support wider business planning, innovation delivery, and growth execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor the marketing team, building strong capability, engagement, and a high performance culture across the function.
- 12+ years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to brand strategy, innovation, portfolio management, and commercial marketing.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role such as Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, or Category Director.
- Strong experience within FMCG, with a solid understanding of consumer behaviour, route to market dynamics, and category growth drivers.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand equity, revenue growth, and market share.
- Experience leading cross functional initiatives and partnering closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand performance metrics, and marketing return on investment.
- Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets and leading annual planning cycles.
- Proven leadership capability, with experience building, developing, and motivating high performing teams.
- Middle East experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. MBA is advantageous.
