- Conduct corrective maintenance and repairs when equipment malfunctions or operational issues arise.
- Monitor the condition of store assets and report any technical faults or equipment failures to the store facility manager.
- Maintain detailed documentation and logs of maintenance tasks, inspections, and repair activities.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure maintenance activities are completed according to annual maintenance contracts.
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures while handling equipment and maintenance activities.
- Ensure consistent performance of preventive maintenance routines to reduce equipment downtime.
- Respond quickly to repair requests and technical issues within store facilities.
- Participate in technical training and professional development opportunities to enhance maintenance and operational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum five years of experience in maintenance, equipment repair, or facility support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks.
