As an Administrative Executive, you will support Trading Enterprises brands-Honda, CJDR, Volvo, by ensuring smooth and efficient back office operations. You will play a key role in enhancing administrative processes across Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Compliance, enabling teams to deliver a seamless customer and employee experience.What You Will Do
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for sales teams, troubleshoot SAP and Connect systems, and support back-office invoicing activities.
- Manage pricing and discount updates, support showroom invoicing during staff absence, maintain monthly campaign setups, and handle down payment assistance in SAP.
- Process asset requisitions and procurement needs for Network & Facilities, Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales projects and operations.
- Manage recovery and invoice corrections related to short collections and upsells from showroom and aftersales.
- Ensure employees are aligned to the correct org units/cost centres and process manpower requisitions, vacancies, leavers, and replacement roles.
- Work closely with Real Estate and Network teams to support new location setups, refurbishments, AMC renewals, trade licenses, CI compliance, and other facility requirements.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar administrative support environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in SAP, Ariba P2P, and MS Excel (advantageous).
- Excellent communication-written, verbal, and presentation.
You will be part of the Central Administration function, supporting multiple automotive brands within Trading Enterprises. The team works collaboratively with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Network & Facilities, and Compliance to deliver seamless operational excellence across the UAE.What Equips You for the Role
