- Support daily operational duties assigned by the shopkeeper, including product arrangement and merchandising
- Represent a positive and professional attitude toward customers, merchandise, and the brand
- Greet customers promptly and provide accurate, relevant product information
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Participate in market hall inventories and attend store meetings and briefings
- Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions and support basic sales reporting
- Adhere strictly to IKEA and Al-Futtaim policies, procedures, dress code, and work schedules
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store objectives
- High school qualification is required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and engaging personality
- Physically fit to lift products and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts and as part of a team
