- Deliver high-quality customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries

- Operate point of sale systems accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Support stock receiving, shelving, and product replenishment activities
- Ensure correct pricing, labeling, and ticketing to avoid discrepancies
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays
- Participate in stock takes, product launches, and store events as required
- Keep store areas clean and organized through regular housekeeping activities
- Report process issues and collaborate with team members to improve operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Secondary school education or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of retail processes and store operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
