Location: Dubai / Sharjah - Hamriyah, UAEEagle Marine is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. If you have strong HR expertise in a fast-paced engineering or marine environment, we'd love to hear from you.Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Handle payroll coordination and leave management
Lead performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
Liaise with PRO for visa, work permit, and government-related documentation
Develop and implement HR policies and proceduresRequirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in Engineering / Marine / Offshore sector
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
