- Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers in different countries
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Develop and manage a network of medical tourism facilitators
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the medical tourism department, and provide regular reports to the management
- Develop and manage the budget for the medical tourism department
- Attend conferences, events, and trade shows to represent Ferns N Petals and promote our medical tourism services
- Stay updated on healthcare policies and regulations in different countries
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for medical tourism services
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance our medical tourism services to exceed customer expectationsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or travel industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
