- Ensure compliance with pricing, ticketing, and in-store operational procedures
- Guide Sales Assistants in applying brand merchandising principles for optimal presentation
- Assist with stock take activities and support new store openings when required
- Maintain security awareness and safeguard store assets
- Secondary school education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations
- Strong expertise in POS systems and customer service practices
- Good computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
