Job Description:In line with UAE Labour Law and in support of Emiratisation initiatives, qualified Emirati nationals are encouraged to apply for the Maintenance Technician position supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNW) client based in Dubai. This role requires a reliable and skilled individual responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of residential facilities, while delivering high-quality service and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential facilities and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing timely solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.
  • Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex maintenance tasks.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with family members and guests.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of new equipment and systems as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Formal training or certification in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software is advantageous.
  • Availability for emergency and on-call maintenance as required.
