Real Estate Development Program Manager - Amazon Infrastructure Projects - Dubai, UAE

• Monitor progress across multiple commercial real estate and infrastructure development projects to ensure delivery timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Maintain project records and ensure data accuracy within project management tools and reporting systems.
• Coordinate due diligence processes including environmental assessments, zoning approvals, permitting, and legal documentation.
• Organize project meetings, track action items, and ensure effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Manage purchase orders, verify project invoices, and support financial tracking for development initiatives.
• Work with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, engineering, and construction teams to remove project obstacles.
• Collaborate with brokers, consultants, contractors, and developers to keep real estate initiatives progressing efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhanced project management practices and reporting tools.
• Support leadership with project updates, operational insights, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.

• Minimum five years of experience in program management, project management, real estate development, or construction management.
• Professional certification such as Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
• Experience managing commercial real estate projects, industrial developments, or infrastructure construction initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive project improvements.
• Experience using project management systems and advanced spreadsheet tools for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams within complex project environments.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting project updates to leadership teams.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or related fields is considered an advantage.
