This role ensures that architectural design intent is accurately executed during construction phases by managing on-site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with standards. It directly impacts project quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site architectural works ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship across all construction stages
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and consultants to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety standards and environmental regulations
- Address design conflicts and implement practical solutions during construction
- Prepare progress reports highlighting deviations risks and corrective actions
- Maintain detailed documentation including site logs inspection reports and change records
- Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met and project delivery remains on track
- Bachelor degree in Architecture with strong construction supervision experience
- Minimum 8 years experience in architecture and site-based project execution
- Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural detailing
- Ability to interpret drawings and manage on-site challenges effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
