Ideal Profile
  • Five or more years of experience in CRM marketing management or a related marketing leadership role.
  • Strong expertise working with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, MoEngage, or CleverTap.
  • Proven experience managing marketing automation campaigns, email marketing strategies, and customer segmentation initiatives.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating strong financial planning and ROI analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform marketing data into actionable insights.
