  • Monitor and manage CRM budgets across multiple markets while ensuring optimal return on investment.
  • Lead and mentor CRM specialists to support campaign planning, execution, and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with campaign operations teams to launch lifecycle campaigns addressing challenges such as customer churn or reduced order frequency.
  • Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities using insights from internal analytics and market benchmarks.
  • Provide performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior marketing and business leadership.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, or customer lifecycle management roles.
  • Strong experience working in fast-paced digital or technology-driven environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Practical experience using SQL for marketing data analysis and campaign performance tracking.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, personalization strategies, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
