  • Negotiate partnership agreements aligned with revenue targets and business objectives
  • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate partnership performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to gather insights for decision-making
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns with partners to increase engagement
  • Develop promotional initiatives to drive member participation and enrollment
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Create reporting frameworks and dashboards to track partnership performance
  • Present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, product, finance, and technology for execution

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or commercial strategy roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
