- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand loyalty program reach and value
- Negotiate partnership agreements aligned with revenue targets and business objectives
- Build financial models and business cases to evaluate partnership performance and ROI
- Collaborate with analytics teams to gather insights for decision-making
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns with partners to increase engagement
- Develop promotional initiatives to drive member participation and enrollment
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Create reporting frameworks and dashboards to track partnership performance
- Present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams across marketing, product, finance, and technology for execution
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of partnership initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or commercial strategy roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and reporting
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
