- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning aligned with revenue targets, product priorities, and competitive market positioning.
- Generate high quality showroom traffic and qualified leads to support new vehicle sales, pre owned vehicle sales, and aftersales growth.
- Maintain strong brand positioning across digital platforms, retail networks, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement channels.
- Plan and execute product launches, brand campaigns, sponsorship programs, and experiential marketing events that create measurable demand.
- Manage digital marketing channels including performance marketing campaigns, website optimization, CRM journeys, and customer contact channels.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and deliver data driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets while maintaining strong governance and return on investment discipline.
- Collaborate with sales, aftersales, finance, digital, and network operations teams to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives.
- Coordinate with OEM partners and marketing agencies to ensure campaigns comply with global brand standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of marketing experience including at least five years in automotive, mobility, or premium retail marketing environments.
- Experience managing multi channel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, retail marketing, CRM, and brand activations.
- Proven ability to manage marketing agencies, partners, and large marketing budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics and performance reporting tools.
