Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Maintaining logs for variations, Instructions, RFI’s, PA, PC, etc.
• Take off quantities and preparation of scope wise packages
• Preparation of Variation costing and claims
• Review and comment the draft contracts received from clients
• Sub contractor’s agreement to be reviewed and modified as per the scope and in conjunction to our main contract
• Sub con billing: Cross checking at site, evaluation, certification
• Preparation of interim payment applications
• Attending meetings with main contractor, client, etc.
• Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, report and raise variation claim for the changes if any.
• Preparation of EOT claims
• Preparation of CTC and statement of final account
• Timely alert to operation team about critical issues like, de-scope, long lead items, cashflow related issues
