- The First Filter: Conduct initial screenings that go beyond the resume. You will evaluate candidates against a rigorous Fit Framework focused on brand standards, service excellence, and partner compatibility.
- Brand Standards: Assess whether candidates embody a high-end, sophisticated professional presence.
- Service Excellence: Determine if they prioritize long-term relationship building over "transactional" selling.
- Partner Compatibility: Evaluate the emotional intelligence and business acumen required to thrive within a partner-led network.
- Decision Support: Deliver concise, structured, and actionable candidate evaluations to hiring managers that highlight both potential and cultural nuances.
- Recruitment Coordination: Act as the high-touch bridge between candidates and internal stakeholders, managing complex interview logistics with precision.
- Bottleneck Hunting: Proactively identify and resolve delays in the hiring loop, such as streamlining feedback loops or clarifying requirements.
