- Lead and manage large cost management teams, driving strategic objectives and continuous improvement
- Advise on procurement strategies, contract selection, and commercial approaches aligned with project goals
- Provide expert value management input during project initiation and early design stages
- Develop, own, and present detailed cost plans and financial forecasts
- Manage full procurement lifecycle including prequalification, tendering, evaluation, and contract preparation
- Build strong client, consultant, and contractor relationships to support successful delivery
- Oversee preparation and control of contract documentation, warranties, bonds, and licenses
- Deliver cost control, manage valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Lead financial reporting, commercial risk management, and cost assurance activities
- Degree qualification in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent
- Professional membership such as MRICS or an equivalent recognized body
- Essential experience working in the Middle East on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, contract administration, and commercial management
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams and complex stakeholder environments
