Senior Cost Manager - AECOM Middle East - Dubai, UAE

• Lead post-contract cost management activities for major construction projects in Dubai and the Middle East
• Manage high-profile developments with CAPEX values exceeding US$200 million
• Oversee contract administration and claims management under FIDIC conditions
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
• Advise on procurement strategies, project phasing, consultant appointments, and contractor selection
• Support feasibility studies, pre-contract estimating, design-to-budget activities, and final account close-out
• Manage project resources, budgets, quality standards, and internal compliance procedures
• Lead benchmarking, cost data management, and internal reporting processes
• Brief project teams on scope, responsibilities, and delivery expectations
• Supervise, mentor, and manage performance of junior team members and direct reports

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a construction-related discipline
• Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS)
• Minimum 12 years post-graduate experience in the construction industry
• At least 5 years professional experience in Dubai or the Middle East
• Strong post-contract cost management and commercial leadership background
• Experience across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
