- Lead post-contract cost management activities for major construction projects in Dubai and the Middle East
- Manage high-profile developments with CAPEX values exceeding US$200 million
- Oversee contract administration and claims management under FIDIC conditions
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
- Advise on procurement strategies, project phasing, consultant appointments, and contractor selection
- Support feasibility studies, pre-contract estimating, design-to-budget activities, and final account close-out
- Manage project resources, budgets, quality standards, and internal compliance procedures
- Lead benchmarking, cost data management, and internal reporting processes
- Brief project teams on scope, responsibilities, and delivery expectations
- Supervise, mentor, and manage performance of junior team members and direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a construction-related discipline
- Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS)
- Minimum 12 years post-graduate experience in the construction industry
- At least 5 years professional experience in Dubai or the Middle East
- Strong post-contract cost management and commercial leadership background
- Experience across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Strong commercial judgment and client-facing communication skills
