  • Supervise instructors and peer trainers responsible for onboarding and training new hires
  • Deliver instructor training sessions, conduct observations, and provide coaching according to operational standards
  • Maintain and update training records using internal training management systems
  • Ensure training materials and programs are delivered according to regional AMET standards
  • Analyze training data and feedback to improve the learning experience for new hires
  • Provide feedback to instructors and peer trainers regarding training delivery and trainee performance
  • Ensure training assessments and audits are completed and documented accurately
  • Organize cross-training programs to support operational workforce requirements during peak periods
  • Work with operations teams to maintain a skill matrix and identify gaps in critical role training
  • Support operational teams by delivering training for key operational roles within the fulfillment center
  • Improve training processes by collecting feedback and analyzing operational performance data
  • Assist in recruiting and developing instructors and peer trainers
  • Participate in operational meetings and provide training-related updates and insights
  • Collaborate with agency managers to improve onboarding performance and workforce readiness

Candidate Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to coordinate training activities and supervise instructors or trainers
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills for managing training programs
  • Ability to analyze feedback and data to improve training effectiveness
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules including shifts, weekends, or peak operational periods
  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred
