  • Coordinate and deliver training programs across all process paths in the fulfillment center
  • Supervise instructors and peer trainers supporting new hire onboarding
  • Conduct coaching sessions, observations, and instructor evaluations
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Analyze training data to improve learning effectiveness and performance outcomes
  • Provide structured feedback on instructor delivery and trainee performance
  • Organize cross-training initiatives to meet operational peak demands
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify skill gaps using skill matrices
  • Support delivery of critical role training programs across departments
  • Participate in audits, testing processes, and track results for improvement
  • Contribute to process improvements through feedback and data analysis
  • Assist in recruiting and developing new instructors and peer trainers
  • Work closely with agency partners to enhance new hire performance
  • Participate in operational meetings and contribute training insights
