Fulfillment Center Trainer - Amazon Logistics Operations - Dubai, UAE

• Coordinate and deliver training programs for multiple operational processes within the fulfillment center
• Support the onboarding and development of new hires through structured training and coaching sessions
• Supervise instructors and peer trainers while ensuring consistent training standards are maintained
• Deliver instructor training sessions, provide observations, and coach trainers according to operational standards
• Maintain and update training records through internal training management systems
• Ensure training materials are delivered according to company standards while creating a positive learning experience for employees
• Monitor and analyze training data to improve learning outcomes and operational performance
• Provide feedback to instructors and peer trainers regarding delivery quality and trainee performance
• Conduct tests and audits to evaluate training effectiveness and track results accurately
• Organize cross-training schedules to ensure workforce readiness during operational peak periods
• Work closely with operations teams to maintain a skill matrix and identify training gaps for critical roles
• Support operations teams by delivering training for specialized roles within the fulfillment center
• Collect feedback from trainees and operational teams to improve training processes and learning strategies
• Assist with the recruitment and development of new instructors and peer trainers
• Participate in operational meetings and provide training-related insights and reports
• Collaborate with agency partners and workforce managers to improve new hire performance and retention
• Support training-related improvement initiatives and AMET regional training projects

• Experience in training delivery, coaching, or learning and development within operational environments
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to mentor and guide new employees and trainers in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple training programs
• Ability to analyze data and feedback to improve learning effectiveness and operational performance
• Comfortable working flexible schedules including shifts, weekends, or peak operational periods
• Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking is preferred
