Position: Office Manager – Board Affairs & Committees OfficeJob Code: JPC - 3651Location: Abu DhabiEducation: Bachelor’s degreeMinimum Years of experience required:PHD: 0+Master: 3+Bachelor: 6+Language required : Arabic & EnglishEmiratization program (Exclusively for UAE National)Job Description:The Office of Council Affairs and its Committees is responsible for following up on the administrative work of the Council, members and committees: * Updated work mechanisms, regulations and manuals for the Council and committees, ensuring their compliance and following up on their implementation.
  • Ensure that the agenda for meetings of the Board of Trustees, representatives of government agencies, and committee meetings is determined according to the approved plans.
  • Ensuring the implementation of Council decisions according to the specified dates
  • Follow up on additional requests and internal and external assignments and ensure their completion On time
  • Reviewing all reports, documents and minutes of meetings issued by the Council.
  • Support all administrative procedures required for Board of Trustees and committee meetings
