  • Conduct gap assessments across business processes to identify performance, compliance, quality, and efficiency improvements
  • Design, map, and document end-to-end processes aligned with organizational structure, DoA, RACI, and policy frameworks
  • Lead transformation and business excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and change management
  • Support the design and implementation of business excellence frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement systems
  • Drive digitization and technical initiatives across multiple systems to enable deployment of approved processes
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and system integration efforts to ensure business ROI
  • Identify and implement industry best practices, workflows, and system integrations to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on value chain design, customer journeys, RACI matrices, and excellence models
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure adoption and understanding of new processes
  • Develop and validate business cases for new initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
Ideal Profile
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience with essential GCC exposure
  • Background in real estate development, construction, asset management, or related industries
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional transformation and change management initiatives
  • Strong ability to manage projects within aggressive timelines and defined deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across teams and geographies
  • Solid understanding of digital systems supporting process deployment and transformation
