- Conduct market research on real estate trends including demographics, competitor projects, property pricing, and rental performance
- Assist in analyzing project budgets, cost estimates, and projected revenues for development initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries to support strategic planning and project decision making
- Support development teams in building and maintaining financial models for real estate projects including cash flow projections and investment analysis
- Update financial models with new data and perform calculations to evaluate feasibility, risks, and potential returns
- Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate multiple development strategies
- Coordinate with project managers to track project milestones, timelines, and budget performance
- Facilitate collaboration between departments including finance, legal, construction, and project management teams
- Maintain development project databases and update project status reports and key performance indicators
- Prepare project documentation including proposals, contracts, and development presentations for management review
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and real estate development guidelines
- Maintain accuracy and quality in financial analysis, reports, and project documentation
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field
- Up to two years of experience in financial analysis, research, or project support roles
- Internship experience in real estate development or financial analysis is advantageous
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
