Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of office processes, provide support to staff, and maintain a professional and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as neededHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondenceOrganize and schedule meetings and appointmentsMaintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and building managementAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsSupport HR and finance departments with administrative tasksGreet and assist visitors in a professional mannerHandle travel and accommodation arrangements when requiredRequirements:Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar roleProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus
