  • Lead the learning and development function for ecommerce fulfillment and last mile delivery operations
  • Design structured role specific learning paths for pickers, drivers, and supervisors
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs through classroom and digital platforms
  • Ensure proficiency in Wings last mile and Alecto fulfillment systems
  • Communicate and reinforce standard operating procedures, compliance guidelines, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Deploy weekly microlearning content using SaaS platforms such as Axonify or EdApp
  • Create modular training content including videos, simulations, interactive modules, and job aids
  • Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs including completion rates, assessment scores, and time to proficiency
  • Align training outcomes with operational metrics such as order accuracy, on time delivery, picking productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage content updates to reflect system enhancements and operational changes
  • Ensure bilingual content availability in English and Arabic
  • Conduct coaching sessions to strengthen instructional delivery and adult learning methodologies
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in training or learning and development within retail, ecommerce, logistics, or fast paced operations
  • Experience with learning management systems and microlearning platforms
  • Strong understanding of operational training environments such as fulfillment centers and last mile delivery
  • Ability to design scalable training frameworks for high volume workforce
  • Strong analytical skills to measure training impact against operational performance
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
