Job Title: Electro Mechanical/ Motor Rewinding TechnicianExperience : 5- 20 YearsLocation : Abu DhabiEducation (Must Have) : Diploma / Trade Certificate (ITI) in ElectricalAny preferred professional training (Nice to have) : Trained on Industrial Overhead crane Electronic Engineering systems.Job Description:Professional Experience (Must haves):3 years (for Diploma holder) or 5 years (for Trade Certificate holder) in General Electrical maintenance in steel plant.Previous Experience/Exposure Recommendations (Nice to have):Working experience in Electrical Motor rewinding& Rotor balancing any of the Middle east countries (familiar with rules and regulations, climatic conditions.) Health & Safety compliance systems experience.Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Fully conversant with operation and maintenance of central workshop machines in steel plants.
  • Fair knowledge of AC/DC Motor rewinding technology, Electrical power distribution, illumination, office lighting system, weighbridge, cables, control system & RaDcomm systems etc.
  • Experience with repairs and maintenance of workshop equipments electrical Motors, street light system, general power distribution panels.
  • Familiar with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing etc.
  • Ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP, and instruct others on its operation.
