- Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and visually inspect electro-mechanical assemblies and oilfield tools.
- Perform complex testing and diagnostics with minimal supervision and documentation.
- Repair, rework, and modify non-conforming equipment to restore operational functionality.
- Break down, redress, and reassemble oilfield tools in preparation for field deployment.
- Ensure compatibility of supplied equipment with other operational tools and systems.
- Identify technical issues using logical troubleshooting methods and communicate findings effectively.
- Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior technicians in areas of expertise.
- Maintain compliance with ADNOC Drilling HSE standards and asset integrity management codes of practice.
- Maintain tools, safety equipment, and workshop facilities in safe and operational condition.
- Collect technical field data and contribute to method statements and near miss reporting.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in mechanical or industrial environments such as oilfield, airline, military, or automotive sectors.
- Working knowledge of forklift, crane, and torque machine operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with company operational procedures.
- Basic knowledge of spoken and written English.
