Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for road and highway projects using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and BIM platforms
Prepare plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction-ready drawings in line with approved design intent
Coordinate closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverables
Ensure all drawings and models comply with RTA, DEWA, and other relevant authority standards and guidelines
Participate in internal design reviews and resolve drafting and modeling issues efficiently
Maintain drawing registers, version control, and adherence to Parsons CAD and BIM standards
Support clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination activities
Assist in improving BIM and CAD workflows, templates, and quality control proceduresCandidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience as a BIM CAD Technician or Drafter on roads and highways projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation
Solid understanding of technical drafting standards and detailing practices
Experience working on large-scale utility networks including stormwater, sewer, irrigation, and electrical systems
Ability to interpret engineering sketches, markups, and design information accurately
High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality outputPreferred Experience
Working knowledge of BIM tools and digital delivery processes
Experience with clash detection using Navisworks or similar software
Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination for roads, bridges, utilities, and infrastructure projects
