- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, and grinding equipment
- Conduct cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical components such as belts, bearings, and drive assemblies
- Assist in diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues affecting machine performance
- Support repair work on machine components including spindles, ball screws, and lubrication systems
- Assist in calibration and setup of CNC machines to maintain required operational tolerances
- Record maintenance activities, downtime, and parts usage in ERP or computerized maintenance management systems
- Maintain organized maintenance documentation and equipment service records
- Monitor spare parts inventory for CNC machines and coordinate requisitions when required
- Support senior engineers during maintenance inspections, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities
- Follow workplace safety procedures and equipment maintenance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Basic understanding of CNC machining equipment, mechanical systems, and automated manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for industrial machinery
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques
- Experience using ERP systems or computerized maintenance management systems is an advantage
- Strong technical learning ability and willingness to develop hands-on engineering skills
