Job Title: Executive ChefQualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Culinary Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Middle East is required, UAE experience preferred
Specialization in Continental, Arabic, Emirati, or Multi-Cuisine is preferredRequirements:
Proficient in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management
Experience in hospitality, corporate catering, or offshore sectors is preferred
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
