- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience (3 years+) in digital marketing roles, with some experience on strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and willing to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and activities aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the firms social media channels and digital campaigns across various channels including search engines, social media platforms, email, and Adhoc paid advertising.
- Good copywriting and proof-reading skills to ensure content is accurate and fit for purpose on relevant channels.
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling content for digital campaigns.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage the working relationship with the firm's digital agency to ensure business objectives are met.
