Guildhall is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage construction activities for a major infrastructure project in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure works, and UAE construction experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources efficiently to meet project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor progress, report on KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Implement best practices for construction methods, risk management, and site safety.
  • Supervise substructure works, including foundations, slabs, underground utilities, and other civil works.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in infrastructure or large-scale civil construction projects in the UAE.
  • Experience in train stations, airport or similar large civil/infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on high-value projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
