- Maintain hospitality and fresh counter standards throughout the trading day
- Follow ready-to-trade and product specification checklists to ensure opening and ongoing compliance
- Display and replenish products according to visual merchandising and food presentation standards
- Prepare food and beverage items efficiently while maintaining quality and hygiene standards
- Promote deals, upsell complementary products, and drive units per transaction
- Support customers with product knowledge including ingredients, pricing, and nutritional information
- Conduct product tasting activities to increase awareness and sales
- Monitor stock levels, replenish fast-moving items, and assist in bi-weekly stock counts
- Record waste, manage stock accuracy, and ensure proper documentation submission
- Maintain cold chain standards and complete date expired food checks
- Ensure equipment is used safely and report maintenance issues promptly
- Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times
- High school education, bachelor degree preferred
- 4 to 5 years of experience in food and beverage or retail cafe environments
- F and B hygiene certification and strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work long hours standing and handle light to moderate lifting
- Team-oriented with strong accountability and sales awareness
