- We are seeking a proactive, structured, and people-oriented HR Business Partner to support our employees and leaders in Algeria.
- This hybrid role combines strategic and operational HRBP responsibilities with preparatory payroll tasks and partial involvement in recruitment processes.
- You will collaborate closely with local management, international HR teams, and external payroll providers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, improving HR processes, and shaping a positive employee experience.
- HR Business Partnering
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees.
- Advise on labor law, employee relations, organizational changes, and HR policies.
- Support talent management, performance management, and learning initiatives.
- Promote HR compliance and drive effective implementation of HR programs.
- Preparatory Payroll
- Collect, validate, and prepare all payroll-relevant data.
- Act as the main contact for external payroll service providers in Algeria.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation processes.
- Recruiting (Partial Responsibilities)
- Support end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Cooperate closely with international Talent Acquisition teams.
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role.
- Experience with preparatory payroll is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Algerian labor law and HR processes is beneficial.
- Excellent English skills (mandatory) and strong communication abilities in French and/or Arabic.
- High level of ownership, reliability, and a hands-on mindset.
- Ability to work in an international environment and manage multiple priorities.
