  • Perform guest check-in and check-out using the Opera Property Management System
  • Welcome and greet guests professionally and handle inquiries and incoming calls
  • Prepare daily occupancy and guest reports
  • Maintain group and individual arrival reports on a daily basis
  • Inform guests about hotel rates, services, and amenities
  • Create, modify, cancel, and confirm reservations accurately
  • Provide clear information about room availability, rates, and hotel facilities
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and ready for arrivals
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in all front office systems
  • Deliver courteous, efficient, and guest-focused service at all times
Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar front office role
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft applications
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
