  • Confirm payments before issuing room keys and adjust billing when required.
  • Prepare daily operational reports, logs, and occupancy records.
  • Complete cashier reports and handle shift closing financial procedures.
  • Provide hotel information, directions, and assistance to guests during their stay.
  • Respond to guest requests and coordinate with relevant hotel departments to resolve issues.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
