The Creator Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and onboarding creators across the MENA region. The CPM owns the creator acquisition pipeline end-to-end and works closely with Creator Success and Growth teams to ensure successful creator launches and long-term performance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, data-driven, and adept at managing the fast-paced challenges of onboarding creators and managing high-profile relationships.Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify creators across major social platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Build and manage a creator acquisition pipeline from initial outreach through launch.
- Leverage talent managers, agencies, and regional networks to support creator sourcing.
- Propose and negotiate creator agreements, including commercial terms and deliverables.
- Partner with Creator Success to support onboarding, launches, and early creator success.
- Advise creators on platform best practices and monetization strategies to ensure that they are positioned to optimize their success on the platform.
- Track pipeline activity, creator performance, and deal progress using internal tools.
- Support regional growth initiatives and expansion into new creator verticals.Key Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales, partnerships, business development, account management or similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and close revenue-driven deals.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle timelines, personalities and any other variables.
- Existing network of creators or talent agencies in MENA is a plus.
- Experienced in working with talent/influencer/PR agencies and/or influencers.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, and similar tools.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools like Modash, Traackr, Tribe, Upfluence or similar.
· Highly organized with strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage setups.
