Job Category: Technical Trades - DMJob Description:Dredge Electrician for DredgerResponsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all electrical systems on dredging vessels.
Inspect, test, and ensure proper functioning of motors, generators, and switchboards.
Handle installation and maintenance of lighting, navigation, and communication systems.
Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions efficiently.
Monitor and maintain electrical safety equipment as per maritime standards.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime of dredge machinery.
Maintain accurate records of electrical work, spare parts, and consumables.
Collaborate with other engineering team members for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with STCW, flag state, and company safety regulations.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies during dredging operations.
