Responsibilities:Contractor Badge ProcessingReview contractors pass applications through the Contractor+ portalConduct initial checks to ensure all required documents are accurate and completeApprove, reject, or request additional information as neededMonitor application submissions and emails continuously, ensuring timely responses based on event requirementsVehicle Access Pass ManagementReview and validate vehicle access pass applications via the systemEnsure all supporting documents meet requirements before approvalProcess approvals, rejections, or requests for clarificationHandle email queries and ensure timely communication with stakeholdersReporting & Data ManagementGenerate and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from backend systemsContractor access numbers per eventVehicle movements from Al Warsan holding areaRevenue reports (real-time and periodic)Prepare PPE sales and monthly revenue reportsCompliance & InspectionConduct random inspections within venues to verify contractor passesIdentify misuse or non-compliance and apply necessary penalties/feesEnsure all access control procedures are followedTraining & System SupportDeliver Contractor+ system training to exhibitors, contractors, and internal teamsProvide guidance on application processes and requirementsCustomer Support & CoordinationAct as a point of contact for contractors, exhibitors, and subcontractorsHandle calls and email queries efficientlyProvide accurate information and resolve issues promptlyRequired SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent2–4 years in administration, operations, or accreditation/access control rolesExperience in events, venue operations, or facilities management is preferredStrong attention to detail and document verification skillsGood communication and customer handling skillsProficiency in MS Office and system-based processingAbility to handle high-volume applications under pressure
