The Executive Sous Chef position at Atlantis Resorts Dubai assists the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, managing culinary teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences across diverse restaurant outlets within the resort.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef in leading and managing resort culinary operations
  • Oversee daily kitchen activities across assigned restaurants and production areas
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and efficient use of kitchen resources
  • Coordinate with other departments to support seamless restaurant operations
  • Enforce service standard operating procedures across all kitchen teams
  • Direct, supervise, and motivate culinary staff to achieve high performance
  • Support training, coaching, and development of kitchen colleagues
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all food offerings
  • Contribute to menu execution in high-volume and fast-paced environments
Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma in Catering or minimum 5 years experience in a five-star international hotel group
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar Executive Sous Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced culinary environments
  • Creative and forward-thinking approach to food and kitchen operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
