• Track progress across multiple commercial real estate and construction initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure accurate reporting within project management systems and tracking tools.
• Coordinate due diligence activities including environmental assessments, zoning compliance, legal documentation, and permitting processes.
