- Support origination and execution of M and A advisory and equity capital markets transactions
- Assist senior bankers in managing transaction workflows and deliverables
- Develop detailed financial models for valuation, forecasting, and transaction analysis
- Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and information memoranda
- Conduct financial, legal, and risk-related due diligence processes
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to support deal evaluation
- Collaborate with internal teams including client coverage, risk, and compliance
- Contribute to identifying business opportunities and transaction ideas
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within investment banking processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- Up to 6 years of experience in corporate finance, M and A, or ECM environments
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Exposure to transaction origination and execution is preferred
- Experience in international financial markets is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
