Associate Manager - Civil Engineering

• Lead civil projects from concept to completion.
• Check structural systems designs, ensuring code compliance, and ensure compliance with AD governmental authorities and KEZAD standards and approvals.
• Conduct reviews of structural designs.
• Prepare detailed scopes of Work and packages for various Civil projects.
• Issue Non-Objection Certificates (NOCs) for projects involving governmental and non-governmental entities.
• Issue permit request process for Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.
• Review and ensure the technical accuracy of all documents and submittals.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering
• 15 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Experience and knowledge of AD governmental regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
