- Lead the non-technical learning strategy for Aftersales, focusing on customer experience, leadership, commercial capability, and people management needs.
- Design and deploy engaging learning programs for various Aftersales roles using blended, digital, and experiential approaches.
- Embed a coaching and performance improvement culture by enabling managers to coach effectively and reinforce learning on the job.
- Partner with Aftersales leadership, HR Business Partners, and brand teams to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development interventions.
- Oversee learning governance and operational excellence, ensuring scheduling, attendance tracking, reporting, and LMS data integrity are maintained.
- Measure learning effectiveness and business impact using agreed KPIs and evaluation frameworks, driving continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop the L&D team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and professional growth.
