- Welcome and greet visitors in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and promptly offered hot beverages (tea, coffee, water, etc.).
- Provide timely hospitality services to the leadership team, managers, and staff during meetings and office hours.
- Support in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments and required supplies.
- Prepare and serve hot beverages and refreshments for employees and visitors as required.
- Ensure pantry and kitchen areas are kept clean, hygienic, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow company hygiene and health & safety policies in maintaining pantry supplies and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of pantry items and report replenishment needs to the Executive Secretary.
- Dispose of waste responsibly, ensuring cleanliness of pantry and related areas.
- Assist with basic office tasks such as organizing supplies and ensuring readiness of hospitality materials.
- Support the Executive Secretary & Admin team during internal or external events by providing hospitality services.
- Handle requests for beverages and pantry support from staff in a timely and courteous manner.
