- To Identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets in Merchant Retention and new sales.
- seeking new business opportunities, building, and sustaining connections with existing Merchants, entering strategic partnerships, and devising other plans to boost revenue, profits, and market share
- Meet Sales Target Assigned
- Maintain the merchant portfolio assigned.
- Prevent Attrition thru active merchant relationship management.
- Target to be the acquirer of choice by increasing wallet share of shared merchants/maintain exclusivity of merchants where possible.
- Sell VAS to generate revenue such as DCC, E-com and setup charges and meet the targets assigned against each of these VAS and other new products.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Ensure to have competitor knowledge and intelligence.
- Completion of necessary paperwork in line with standard operating procedures including renewal of KYC
- Mitigate and manage Risk and Opportunities for the overall profitability of the accounts that he/she acquires.
- Perform any other responsibilities entrusted by unit from time to time.
- Valid Graduate/Diploma degree
- Knowledge of merchant acquiring sales and Retention
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, risks, and Compliance
- Knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP Products vis-à-vis acquiring business
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- UAE driver License
- Minimum 3-5 years of Merchant Acquiring Experience
